Shipping Information & Policy

Kindly be informed there will be delays in our delivery services due to the nationwide Movement Control Order (MCO) and limitation in workforce.

Once your order has been processed and packed, tracking code will be send to your registered email address for you to keep an eye on the status of your parcel at all times.

Do give it at least 24 hours for it to be processed on the courier’s end. If your order was completed during weekend / public holidays, it will be traceable on the next working day.

Orders made before 11 am will be completed on the day itself.

Orders made after that will be shipped the next day.

If the goods are returned to us, a second re-delivery charge will be incurred.

Once parcels has been collected from our warehouse, we have limited responsibility on the delivery time.

If no one is available at the delivery address to sign for the goods a card will be left with details for re-delivery and/or collection. Organizing a re-delivery is the responsibility of the customer.

International delivery will take 4 – 5 working days with flat shipping rate of MYR 200.00

Handling and custom fees may apply to packages sent outside Malaysia. Any duties payable will be the sole responsibility of the customer and may need to be paid at the time of delivery.

We do not deliver to P.O. Box or freight forwarding addresses.

Local delivery via express delivery will take 1 – 3 working days.
